About the International Criminal Court Programme 

The International Criminal Court Programme, also referred to as the International Court or ‘Criminal Court’, prosecutes individuals accused of violating international law with Parliament reference. 

Reference of Criminals

The International Parliament Programme may refer individuals to the Criminal Court for prosecution, where the Court will provide legal representation at no cost.
