The Federal Reserve is responsible for funding the server.
There are multiple rules for excessive use of Bajablast servers; you should. familiarize yourself with them:
All players in any server funded by the Federal Reserve cannot play for longer than eight (8) hours at a time per person, with a ten (10) minute cooldown per session.
When a violation of (f) occurs, a Notice of Excessive Use (NEU) must be issued to the player before taking action, only if a violation occurs again after seven (7) days of the issuance.
1— If there is no violation after the seven (7) day period, but before thirty (30) days, the violation is clear and void.
2—If there is a violation after the seven (7) days period, (h) governs enforcement.
3—If there are significant violations under (f), as determined by the Server Magistrate and Federal Reserve, the waiting period is void.
When any excessive use violations occur, including under (g), the Federal Reserve has control over enforcement, in conjunction with the Server Magistrate.
The Comptroller's Office of Public Accounts has the authority to collect funding, suspend funding, and discipline players of the Server for failing to pay tax obligations. Orders of the Server Magistrate, Administration, and Server Committee have limited authority over the orders issued by the Comptroller's Office. To send correspondence to the Comptroller's Office, please use FileExpress GLCO#6.
When you, a member of Bajablast, funds more than 45% of our servers as per the monthly finance report, you are entitled to one month of membership to the Board as a governor. There are no limits to consecutive or total terms. If you continue to fund the server at more than 45%, you will remain on the Board. All members have voting power over the Server.

Order outlining the authority of the Fed, the Comptroller’s Office, and the Charter.
OCTOBER 30, 2025. 10:04 AM CST.
On order of the Federal Reserve,
We hereby clarify;
Server Magistrate Power— The Server Magistrate has little to no authority to stop the Federal Reserve from issuing orders that defund the server, or otherwise control the money flow in the server. The Fed will comply with lawful orders issued with valid supporting evidence from the Magistrate, when such evidence is considered sufficient from the Fed.
The Comptroller's Office— The Comptroller’s Office of Public Accounts controls the actual collection of funds under the Charter’s rules on taxation. The Office has the authority to suspend any type of aid (e.g. student, business, etc.), even if such aid is not made in United States Dollars (USD). The Office is the only agency authorized to suspend such aid, other than by Order of the Fed.
The Charter— The Server Committee, and any other governance structure, including federal courts, have little to no authority to stop the Federal Reserve from issuing orders that defund the server, or otherwise control the money flow in the server. Cases will be reviewed case-by-case to ensure the most fair outcome, regardless of whether a ruling is issued by a federal judge, Server Magistrate, or other official. The Fed will not participate in following orders explicitly made, without any control over those orders.

Nocturnology

On order of the Federal Reserve,
The Land & State Registration Bureau should immediately reclassify the Nexus State, ID # DAW1-RS, to a level one land classification. The current registrar of the State has been banned, and there is no available registrar to inherit the file, therefore the State must become a land classification.
