About the International Commission Programme 

The International Commission Programme, also referred to as the International Commission or ‘Commission’, is vested with the authority to establish and enforce international laws and modify charter rules.

Authority of Binding Decisions

Decisions of the Commission may only serve the following purposes and authority;

• Establish international laws binding on all member states

• Enforce international laws on all member states

• Call military action

• Modify the Charter’s rules

• Resolve interstate conflicts, including border conflicts 

• Recognize (however, not unrecognize) states
