Technology Support (TS) is a Server-Committee sub-group that focuses on monitoring, identifying and resolving bugs and technology issues within Bajablast's servers.
Thank you for taking the time to report an issue with a bug or crash. We highly encourage you review the issue history table and common issues below and make sure your report isn't already listed, but it is not required.

Q: I'm trying to join through Bedrock, and I don't have a Java account. Can I join?
A: We are able to make certain exceptions on a case-by-case basis to help you join. The issue is that a person with operator in a server has to be online and remove the whitelist to allow you to join and readd the whitelist after adding you in-game. We are unable to whitelist you in advance because of how Minecraft Bedrock and Java usernames differ. If you link a Java account through Geyser MC (our plugin for cross-play between Java and Bedrock), we are able to whitelist your Java username. Otherwise, the only way for us to whitelist a Bedrock username is in-game.
Q: When I join the server, it gives me a weird screen about a connection issue. What's going on?
A: This is a bug that has existed with Exaroton due to issues outside our control. We know this is annoying but you can retry joining and it should work. If not, please report the issue.
Q: It's not letting me join on Bedrock, why?
A: It could be multiple reasons, but probably either: 1) you are not whitelisted, or 2) you are not using the right port. Please visit the homepage of this website or Bajablast Discord to get the right port for Bedrock, we do not use the default (due to limitations outside our control).
